Can I switch plans later?

Is there a free trial?
Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is any active user who is a member of your organization in DASH. External contacts invited to individual cases do not count as seats.
Can I self-host DASH?
Yes. Enterprise customers can deploy DASH on their own infrastructure using Docker. Contact our sales team for self-hosted licensing.
How does billing work for sales-managed plans?
Enterprise customers on sales-managed plans have billing handled directly by the DASH sales team. Custom invoicing and payment terms are available.
Is payment data secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. DASH never stores your payment card details.
